A total Grant in Aid of Rs. 8,86,124.00 was received from the Social Welfare Department towards maintenance of children who need care and protection for the period April 2008 to March 2009 at the rate of Rs. 950/- per child per month. The Committee is thankful to the Education & Social Welfare Department of Government of Maharashtra for their above Grant in Aid for the year 2008 - 2009.

The buildings in our Complex are old & hence need continuous repairs and renovations. The total cost of repairs to the building during the year 2008 - 2009 worked up to Rs. 1,79,874.00. "The Society earnestly appeals to Industrialists, Business firms, Local Traders and Public in general to come forward and give their fullest support by way of their valued donations towards the specific purpose and help us to provide better living facilities to the inmates who are under our care and protection"

The Executive Committee of the Society is pleased to report that donations amounting to RS.16,89,874.00 were received during the year. The Committee is thankful to donors and well wishers for their support in our efforts.

The Donations of foodstuff, cloth, school stationery and other necessities of life are received in kind from charitable institutions and several individuals throughout the year. The Committee therefore earnestly appeals to our patrons and the public in general, to continue helping the Society with liberal contributions in cash or kind to enable us to carry on our missionary work more efficiently.

The total Income for the year was Rs. 40,16,288.00 as against the expenditure of Rs. 24,90,095.99, leaving a surplus of Rs. 15,97,192.01 (Details given in the balance sheet)
